Welcome to the new website for the East Midlands Thoracic Society (EMTS)! We are a group of healthcare professionals in the East Midlands passionate about caring for patients with respiratory disease. We aim to engage other colleagues and provide educational events in the region.
The main focus of our year is the EMTS conference, generally held in Autumn. There is an exciting line-up currently being pulled together, so keep an eye out for abstract submission and registration dates!
This website is brand new and designed to be a point of contact for the committee and the conference. We also feature the new Trachea Network - an innovative initiative from local respiratory trainees to facilitate regional research projects.
